Discreet Processing, Packaging, & Shipping

As the majority of our designs are LGBTQIA+ related, we provide discreet processing, outer packaging & shipping for every order, ensuring 100% privacy no matter what you purchase. 

Account Statements: All payment account statements list purchases from our store as "P/M Apparel". This includes any & all payment options that we accept.
 
Packaging: All packages ship in plain black or gray poly mailers, or plain cardboard boxes (depending on the item).

Inside the package may include packing slips, mailer inserts, hang tags, etc. with our PRIDE MODE branding.
 
Shipping Label: Our name, PRIDE MODE, will not be on the outside of the package (including the shipping label).

All shipping labels show the sender as either "P/M Apparel" or a variation of the words "Shipping Center" (depending on the particular fulfillment center your items ship from).
 
Customs Label: International orders are required to include a description on the outside of the package for its contents. We're required by customs to include descriptors more specific than "clothing" or "jewelry".

We only include the most necessary descriptors to satisfy customs, e.g.: swim shorts, ring, hoodie, pants, necklace, etc. We will never include hyper-detailed descriptors such as the name of the product or any words that are LGBTQIA+ related, feminist-related, etc. to ensure the safety & privacy of our customers, no matter what country or environment they are located.
